Lord Group achieved a new milestone with the launch of Lord City, Sonarpur – the signature project of Lord Group. Lord City Sonarpur, a pristine green eco-friendly satellite township, spread over 650 bighas, located only 25 Km from the commercial business district of Kolkata, has been a one of its kind project from Lord Group in eastern India. Lord City Sonarpur will house more than 1300 independent bungalows of 2, 4, 6 and 20 cottahs and will offer all modern facilities like landscaped garden, parks, club, gymnasium, swimming pool, hospital, hotel, community hall, crèche, school, mall and much more. Construction of model bungalows at Lord City Sonarpur are going on in full swing and Lord Group is committed to add soon millions of square feet of premium residential and commercial space to its green and eco-friendly new satellite township, called the Lord City Sonarpur.
Lord Enclave in Nayabad Garia, another premium project of Lord Group that houses premium residential apartments spread across three towers, is in the last phase of completion and almost ready to be handed over. Completion of construction of Lord Enclave adds a feather to Lord Group’s throne and established Lord Group on solid foundation of unprecedented success. Lord Enclave is in the last phase of completion and handing over of possession will begin very soon. The overwhelming success of the existing projects inspired Lord Group to launch in coming days more such green, eco-friendly and affordable mega projects.
